A 60 minute treatment is meant to only target the muscles of the the face, neck, head and pecs. At your intake I will assess your posture and help create a plan. Sometimes with TMJ/TMD we need to address other areas of the body that may be contributing to the issue such as pecs, upper back, and glutes. Alternating between regular massages or a 90 minute or 120 minute Synergy Massage could also be good options to have ample time to address both the facial/oral tension and the body.
